About CannaClinix

At CannaClinix, we offer an assessment for those interested in obtaining a Medical Marijuana Card. This assessment will help determine if you have any qualifying conditions that would make you eligible for the card. The assessment is quick and easy to complete, and our team is always available to answer any questions you may have.

Once you have completed the appointment, we will provide you with the completed certification form via the email address provided. This form is your medical marijuana “card”. Keep this document in a safe spot as you will need this to shop at the dispensary throughout the year.

We pride ourselves on being the leading provider of assessments for Marijuana Cards, and we are confident that we can provide you with the best possible service.
